10 Side Release 1.5" Silver Buckles- Scratches, not perfect

1.5” Side Release silver buckles (not like the ones currently in my shop)  I tried a new supplier and these have small scratches on them, more like surfaces scratches. The majority still have plastic wrap on them. I am offering them at a deep discount hoping someone can use them. Again these buckles are not perfect and are still use-able.
